We are currently taking bookings for 2024 and 2025 - private boat charters go very quickly so don't delay! Enquire now to secure your dates for your small ship cruising holiday on the West Coast of Scotland: the Hebrides and Argyll.

Aboard our ex-tallship, St Hilda, we take up to six guests. There is a spacious double en-suite at £310 per person per night, a twin cabin with en-suite (toilet and washbasin) at £265 per person per night and a second twin cabin (with washbasin), close to the toilet and shower rooms, at £195 per person per night.

Aboard our wee ship, Seahorse II, we take up to eleven guests. There are two double (or twin) with full en-suites at £360 per person per night. There are two twins with en-suites (toilet and washbasin) at £340 per person per night. There are two single cabins and one single cabin with a larger 105 cm wide bed (all with a washbasin) and the price per person per night for these cabins is £320.

Aboard our ex-cruising lifeboat, Gemini Explorer, we take up to eight guests. In the forward part of the vessel there is a double en-suite, a twin en-suite and a single en-suite. These cabins are at £360 per person per night. In the aft part of the vessel there is a twin cabin (with washbasin) at £270 per person per night and a single cabin with a double bed (125 cm wide bed) at £245 per person per night. All en-suites and the bathroom have a washbasin, toilet and shower.

Aboard our ex-rescue ship, Speideren, we take up to eight guests. There are two double en-suite cabins and the price per person per night is £360, one double cabin with a slightly smaller bed and an adjacent en-suite (for our sole use) and the price per person per night is £340 and one twin en-suite and the price per night is £340. All ensuites have a wash-basin, toilet and shower.

The price includes all meals, fruit on demand, coffee breaks, afternoon teas, continental lager and house wine (half a bottle) with the pre-dinner aperitif and evening meal and the services of your crew.

Self-Catering with a Difference: Stay Aboard our Small Ships

Our unique small ships are available, when not cruising, for self-catering and are berthed in Dunstaffnage Marina, a superb marina in an idyllic location, just three miles north of Oban. Pricing:

Seahorse II: £396 per vessel per night for 6 to 11 people, £294 per vessel per night for 4 or 5 people, £250 for 3 people or less
St Hilda: £204 per vessel per night, maximum six persons
Gemini Explorer: £294 per vessel per night, maximum eight persons

Minimum three nights stay. 30% deposit to confirm a booking and final payment two months before the holiday.

Included: Electricity, gas (St Hilda), bed linen, shower and hand towels (not beach towels), tea towels, cleaning and washing up materials (dish washer tablets supplied on Seahorse II and Gemini Explorer)

Pets: Unfortunately we do not take pets onboard.
