Creative Writing Cruises

The Inner and Outer Hebrides of Western Scotland are famous for their rare wildlife, spectacular mountains, island scenery and remote sea lochs. Our Scottish Island cruises are perfect for finding further inspiration for your creative writing with a knowledgeable skipper to guide you and a dedicated chef to serve you delicious meals.

During a creative writing cruise you will be using the stunning scenery and seascapes to stimulate your imaginations and develop your writing skills. Daily workshops will give you the opportunity to try different approaches to writing and will be timed to fit in with each day’s activities. No previous experience is needed, just a willingness to listen, write and share ideas.

You don't have to take advantage of the tutoring but if you would like to take part in the sessions please do let us know when you book your cruise.

Our creative writing tutor is:
