In addition, there is a very good chance of catching mackerel, which we cook with ginger and spring onions or bake in the oven. There is also the possibility of lobster, crab and prawns from our own creels. Two complimentary bottles of wine are served with the evening meal; otherwise, feel free to bring your own alcohol.

Snacks
Between meals there is a plentiful supply of tea, coffee, nuts, dried fruits, juices and a choice of good quality chocolate, biscuits and cakes.

J'ai eu le privilege de faire un voyage au bord de la St Hilda, a boat full of old world charm, what a pleasure it was to take the helm over the misty Scottish lochs, eat a meal in the middle of a sea loch and to taste an old Scottish malt while dangling a hook for a passing fish - what a marvellous adventure.
